Dr. Ganz Ferrance is an International speaker, author, entrepreneur, and award-winning psychologist. He is the former Public Education Coordinator and former Vice-President of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta. Since the early ‘90’s he has been helping individuals, couples, families, and corporations beat BURNOUT, reduce their STRESS, improve their relationships, and enjoy more success.
Dr. Ganz’s deep belief in “positive psychology” helps you be your best self. He presents his information in a straightforward, down-to-earth, no-nonsense way. He prides himself on being a fellow “work-in-progress” and does not present anything that he has not personally put his blood, sweat, and tears into.
This approach has made him sought-after in media and as a public speaker. He has a monthly spot on CTV and 630 CHED, has been interviewed on Good Morning Canada, in Psychology Today and Ebony magazines as well as many other radio, TV shows and publications.
Dr. Ganz enjoys all sports, hiking in the mountains, and reading about quantum physics, history, and spirituality. He holds a black belt in karate and is currently studying Aikido. He lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with his wife and two children.
Dr. Nicole Wilson is a learner, researcher, and educator. Her passion lies at the intersection of psychology and human resources, where she sees meaningful work, working with great people, and continuous learning as being conditions for success and wellness.
Nicole’s research looks at employees’ experiences of bad behavior—rudeness, disrespect, and harassment—particularly from their customers.
Nicole has worked in human resources consulting for 5 years and has taught leadership development and university courses for over 10 years. Recently, she started as a post-doctoral fellow with the Faculty of Engineering to lead research supporting a goal of increasing underrepresented groups in engineering.
Dr. Mikolaj Raszek is founder and owner of Merogenomics Inc., a consulting company based out of Edmonton helping clients with private access to whole genome sequencing and related technologies. Merogenomics Inc. specializes in cancer DNA profiling, DNA testing for undiagnosed diseases, prenatal screening and sequencing in healthy asymptomatic individuals for preventative assessment.
Dr. Raszek did an undergrad degree in genetics, doctorate degree in biochemistry and postdoctorate work in agricultural genomics, all completed in the beautiful capital of Alberta.
Mikolaj is passionate to educate about genome sequencing, or how we can look into our DNA code to gain important medical insights. Luckily for him, he loves studying science so starting a consulting business in breakthrough scientific technologies seemed like a next logical step.

Sierra Jamerson has been described as "an open channel of musical expression of the highest order" a "true performer; a “bright up and coming artist" and a "fresh sound in Canadian music". With climbing vocals and locked in grooves, Sierra's authenticity often moves audiences to tears. Sonically, she is frequently described as "Lauryn Hill, Alicia Keys and Erykah Badu all wrapped into one, with something you can't quite describe added." Her message is one of peace. Lyrically she is raw and honest, tackling themes of self-love, body image, the environment, spirituality, heartbreak, passion, and equality. Her songs are derived from a wisdom beyond her years, and the desire to uplift all audiences, but especially to empower other young women.
Sierra has performed with many notable international artists, including Mavis Staples, legendary Motown group The Drifters, Madagascar Slim and Josh Groban. And she is more than just a singer. She is an advocate, speaking out often in support of the people she shares community with. When she is not teaching or creating music, she hosts free workshops for women and LGBTQ youth and is a passionate voice on behalf of Indigenous and African-American issues, especially those that impact women and children.

She is most excited about being aligned with the Juice Plus company for 20 years that has clinical research conducted by researchers at leading universities and hospitals worldwide and published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Amanda Knight is passionate about creating great workplace cultures by supporting HR professionals and business leaders to implement an integrated approach to culture change that builds an inclusive workplace.
As a senior HR professional, leadership coach and trainer, Amanda helps leaders recognize that leadership is a privilege, not a right, and that dignity and care sit at the heart of diverse, inclusive and equitable organizations. She has worked with hundreds of leaders across a broad range of industries over the last 20 years to help them transform the way they show up, how others experience them, and how they can then influence the people they lead to bring their best selves to work.
An early pioneer of emotional intelligence in the UK, Amanda co-authored ‘Applied EI’ published by Wiley in 2006, and built ‘The SRQ’, an emotional intelligence-based assessment tool that helps individuals explore their ability to truly connect, influence, and empower through the lens of non-judgment of self and others. She is currently studying to become an accredited diversity coach through the US-based Coach Diversity Institute and is writing her second book on the inclusive workplace and the leadership privilege.
Amanda is a Board Member of our benefacting charity, the Creating Hope Society.
