Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ensure that your orders are shipped as quickly as possible

Processing Time: Fulfillment times vary from product to product in our Shop. You will receive an email notification once your order and payment have been processed. When you package has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

For USPS in the United States and Canada Post in Canada you will have the option to track your parcel on their websites.

Shipping Costs and Applicable Taxes: Will be displayed at point of checkout, before your payment is processed. Shipping to remote locations or rural areas will take longer. Additional fees may be applied to Nunavut, NWT and Yukon in Canada for example (based on weight) and will be displayed on the checkout page.

Returns and Exchanges: It's important to us that you're satisfied with your purchase. If not, we'd appreciate knowing why not so we can continue to improve.
We accept returns for intangible items only within 30 days of the purchase date with a receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us via the form below. Include your order number and the item you are looking to return. One of our representatives will reply to your email as expediently as possible.
