Refund Policy


If more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

We do not offer returns/refunds on custom printed products (print-on-demand).

Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Returns totaling more than $200 USD may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take more time before your refund is posted. If you have tried the above and still have not received a refund, contact us again.

Replacements (if applicable)
If your product was damaged in shipping, email a photo to support@askdrganz.com with your receipt so we can contact you.

If a mailing issue whereby your product is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address and the tracking number shows as delivered, you need to contact the delivery company directly.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If that is the case, send us a photo of the product you received (for quality control purposes). If we need to see the product in person, please use the Return Label that was included with your parcel.

Regarding apparel, contact us if you ordered the wrong size. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs on all exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
